Velata!!! Amazing Fondue Warmer

So last night I threw my first Velata Party! What a hit it was! We just used 1 package of the milk chocolate and that was enough for the 6 of us! We had chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, rice krispy treats, marshmallows, pretzels...but the big hit was BACON! Chocolate and bacon...2 of the best things in the world at the same time!! Out of the 6 of us, all of us deemed it our favorite!!!

May 2012 Scent of The Month - Cherry Vanilla

Don't get me wrong but up until now I have not really cared for any of the recent Scents of the Month...just nothing i really cared for, BUT Cherry Vanilla is an exception, this smells incredible and everyone smelling it is loving it, gonna be a great seller for sure!!!
Speaking of great selling...ahem...I have now hit over $1500 in orders in just the brief 3+ weeks I have been a Scentsy consultant!

So today, placing my second order I now can purchase the Shooting Star Enhancement kit! This thing is better than I originally thought! I will get A premium full size warmer, 2 full size warmers, 2 mid size warmers, 2 plug in warmers, 5 scentsy bars, 3 scentsy circles, 3 solid perfumes, a round scentsy warmer stand and  a mini testers kit! Not bad at all! Gonna wait a few days to order it, but I am looking forward to it!

Scentsy Week 1 Being a male Scentsy Consultant

This is my first week selling Scentsy and I am loving it!

Being a Male Scentsy consultant certainly has it's ups and downs. The down part being everyone seeming to be in a state of disbelief at first. But then, for those that use Scentsy, suddenly realize how awesome it is that someone they know is selling it! Guys seem to be much more comfortable buying off of me then they would going to an all female party or what have you so I am picking up a good amount of male customers. Plus as a single male, what a great way to meet women :P

One thing is for certain, i am in a very small percentage of Straight Male's selling scentsy without a female partner helping. But enough of the sexist talk...the biggest point i want to make is this: IT IS FUN!!!

The most fun job I have had anyways. The biggest part of this I think is because of how much I enjoy and believe in the product!

I received my starter kit and will be placing my second order tomorrow which will give my the Shooting Star award for over $500 in orders in my first 15 days. I will now get to purchase another starter kit worth $300 for $200, but the mini testers that come with it will get me that money back...not to mention it being a tax write-off. That's right! My starter kits, supplies, internet, lights, rent, plus many other expenses will be tax write-offs now that I am a Independent consultant!

FEATURED PRODUCT OF THE WEEK: The first featured product of the week is "Scentsy Bars". Scentsy Bars come in over 80 different fragrances with seasonal ones available during there respectable times of year. Some of the better scents selling this time of year so far for me are "Lilacs and Viotlets", "Mums and Marigolds" and "Simply Strawberry".
